These terms and conditions ("Terms") define the legal relationship between the bdg11 platform ("we", "site", "service") and its users ("you", "user"). By opening an account on the site or beginning to use the service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

1. General Terms and Acceptance

Keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and do not share them with any third party. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3. Age Restriction and Identity Verification

At any point during registration, bdg11 may request the following documents for identity verification:

• Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If the required documents are not provided, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be put on hold.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bdg11 is ৳100 (applicable for all payment methods). Accepted payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Major banks in Bangladesh (e.g., Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, Islami Bank)

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at bdg11 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳32,000 → receive ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳47,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw any winnings from a bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which will be communicated at the time of the offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, bdg11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback and additional benefits according to their tier.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bdg11 are considered final. Once a round or event has started, bets cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical issue or loss of internet connection, it will not be automatically re-placed.

6.2 Sports Betting

You can place bets on various sports including cricket, football, kabaddi, and basketball. Odds available in the betting market are subject to change and may be updated until the event starts.

6.3 Casino Games

The applicable RTP (Return to Player) guidelines for live casino, slots, and other games are determined by the game provider. bdg11 ensures fair play across all games.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on bdg11 and may result in permanent account closure:

• Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Conducting transactions using third-party accounts
• Using automation software, bots, or any hacking method
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or using offensive language toward other users
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical issues
• Creating an account using a false identity or false information

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bdg11's Rights

In the following circumstances, bdg11 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Suspicious or unusual transaction patterns
• Failure to provide documents required for identity verification
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• At the user's own request

8.2 Closing Your Account Yourself

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Please ensure you withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.
